We have more than 40 years of experience supporting families through mediation and FDR\, and 25 years of experience delivering professional training in this area. \nWhat you’ll learn\nAt the end of this workshop\, you’ll be able to: \n\ndemonstrate an understanding of best practice approaches for FDR practitioners working with complex property and financial matters\ndiscuss key considerations for working with property and financial matters in family law\napply nuanced skills for working with complex property and financial matters in FDR.\n\nWho is this workshop for?\nAccredited FDR practitioners with experience with property matters. \nPlease note: This session assumes a level of knowledge and experience and is not suitable for practitioners with little to no experience of property FDR. \nAbout the presenter\nClare Moran is the Senior Advisor Family Law at Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV). As both an accredited FDR practitioner and a practicing lawyer\, Clare brings a comprehensive legal and dispute resolution perspective to her training. She specialises in complex areas including alternative dispute resolution\, family law (covering parenting and property matters)\, child protection\, and family violence matters.
