DESCRIPTION:Brave Women: Working Smarter\, Not Harder is a transformative workshop aimed to empower female leaders and their staff.  During this three-hour interactive online session\, we will delve into practical strategies\, tools\, and mindset adjustments essential for reducing overwhelm\, building resilience\, navigating changes and fostering powerful leadership in 2024.  By prioritising growth\, self-care and fostering a supportive learning environment\, overcoming imposter syndrome\, perfectionism and people pleasing. Brave Women equips participants with the skills and confidence to navigate challenges with resilience and lead with purpose in their respective roles.\nLearn 5 game changing productivity and time management tools to give you back 5 hours per week. \nBrave Women: Working Smarter\, Not Harder is a transformative workshop aimed to empower female leaders and corporate women. The raw challenge\, which Sheila is sharing with the world\, is her struggle to become a mother. Sheila is bravely supporting others again by documenting her mature age  IVF journey on Channel Nine’s documentary: Big Miracles.  Sheila has already supported hundreds of women on their journey to living authentically and being empowered to adopt a holistic\, spiritual approach to both their career and personal lives. \nA STAND FOR BEING BRAVE IN ALL ELEMENTS OF OUR LIVES: SHEILA IS NOW A CELEBRATED AUTHOR AND SPIRIUTAL MENTOR \nSheila works with emerging leaders to clear their limiting beliefs and address common blocks including burnout\, perfectionism\, and imposter syndrome.
