To check your eligibility visit www.skills.sa.gov.au. \nThis course is delivered mostly online but does have requirements for face-to-face\, in classroom days. These are available Adelaide (Hindmarsh) only.  \nGraduate with skills to effectively design and deliver community service programs.  \nLearn to support\, empower\, advocate for and inspire clients\, to make a real impact on the lives of vulnerable people. Gain the specialised skills in community services to effectively manage\, coordinate or deliver person-centred services to individuals\, groups and communities.   \nThis qualification will prepare you to assess clients\, and link them in with services\, support systems and networks to address the immediate and long-term client needs. To undertake case management\, you will learn how to monitor client progress and help them deal with obstacles or issues if they arise.  \nAt this level\, workers have specialised skills in community services and work autonomously under broad directions from senior management. Workers are usually providing direct support to individuals or groups of individuals. Workers may also have responsibility for the supervision of other workers and volunteers and/or case management\, program coordination or the development of new service and program opportunities. \nThis qualification will ensure that areas of commonality are highlighted across community services work\, including the design and development of person-centred services and programs\, the management of issues related to community services work and community engagement including human resource management and supervision of others. \nGraduate ready to provide direct support to individuals or groups\, case management\, program coordination or the development of new service and program opportunities. We will help you understand how to navigate and manage legal and ethical compliance frameworks\, policies and procedures.  \n
