DESCRIPTION:Best online group work practice is achieved when groupwork programs have a passionate Team Leader and advocate for online practice and well-trained online facilitators. It is important that all online group leaders (who are doing online groupwork) attend this training workshop. \nEffective Group Leadership involves a 2*3-hr workshop that develops the necessary skills for group leaders to facilitate creative online group work.
