DESCRIPTION:Keynote Speaker: Terry O’Connell OAM\nThe members\, staff and board of Conflict Resolution Service (CRS) warmly invites you to its upcoming Annual General Meeting for the 2015-16 reporting period to hear keynote speaker\, Terry O’Connell OAM present on the topic of: \n‘Now That We Are Being Noticed: Where To From Here? – Importance of Explicit Restorative Practice’ \nWe know that alternative dispute resolution approaches are a well-tested way of managing conflict and disputes.
