SUMMARY:Life Transitions and Mental Health
DESCRIPTION:Why are life transitions important?\nFor many people\, adapting to a transition\, such as moving interstate\, marriage\, losing a job (or starting a new job)\, divorce\, separation\, the birth of a child (or the death of a loved one)\, or any other transition that severely alters one’s day-to-day life\, can be challenging. These sudden and sometimes extreme transitions can affect a clients mental health and lead to symptoms like anxiety\, fear\, loneliness\, and physical issues\, such as trouble sleeping\, panic attacks\, and digestive problems. \n  \nWhy are life transitions difficult?\nFor the most part\, human beings are creatures of habit.
