SUMMARY:Online workshop: Advanced Property Training
DESCRIPTION:Advance your knowledge of family dispute resolution\, and enhance your skills for working with couples around property and financial matters in family law.\nThis advanced\, online workshop is suitable for accredited family dispute resolution (FDR) practitioners (FDRPs) with experience in property matters.  \nYou’ll gain specialised skills to facilitate dispute resolution involving property and financial matters in a family law setting. The training includes interactive discussions and case scenarios where you can put your knowledge into practice. \nRelationships Australia Victoria (RAV) holds specialised expertise in the field of FDR for property and financial matters. We have more than 40 years of experience supporting families through mediation and FDR\, and 25 years of experience providing professional training in this area. \n\n\n  \nLearning outcomes\nAt the end of this workshop\, you’ll be able to: \n\ndemonstrate an understanding of best practice approaches for FDRPs working with complex property and financial matters\ndiscuss key considerations for working with property and financial matters in family law\napply nuanced skills for working with complex property and financial matters in FDR.\n\n\n  \n\nIdeal for\nAccredited FDRPs with experience in property matters. \nPlease note: This session assumes a level of knowledge and experience and is not suitable for practitioners with little to no experience of property FDR. \n\n\n  \nAbout the presenters\nWendy Gaddie holds tertiary qualifications in law and psychology. She has over a decade of experience as an FDRP predominantly in the not-for-profit sector\, and more recently in her own private practice\, through which she consults with RAV as a trainer and coach. \nWendy is supported by Astrid Horter\, the RAV Program Leader FDR and Mediation Training. Astrid holds tertiary qualifications in law and psychology and is an experienced FDRP and child consultant. She coordinates both RAV’s CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution and Mediation Training Course and delivers training for RAV and external organisations. Astrid has extensive experience working in community organisations as a clinical supervisor\, trainer and manager. \n\n\n  \nRegistration information\n\nWhen you register\, you’ll be taken to our payment gateway to complete your registration.
