DESCRIPTION:Mediation Training Course: CHCSS00142 Mediation Skill Set and Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS)\nBecome an accredited mediator with our intensive course and assessment.\n\nLearn to facilitate mediation\, a structured and facilitated negotiation process for resolving disputes.\nGain the practical skills needed to be a mediator – an independent and impartial person who assists people in conflict to generate options\, negotiate agreements and resolve disputes.\nDevelop knowledge and skills of the mediation process\, and how to apply these when working with clients\, customers and colleagues\, including across workplaces and community settings.\n\nThis course provides nationally recognised training and assessment for the CHCSS00142 Mediation Skill Set through the Australian Qualifications Framework. \nAfter successful completion of the course and assessment day\, you will be eligible to apply for Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS) Accreditation. \nYou will then be ready to take the next step in your career! \nCourse completion also meets the requirements for entry into the CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution. \n\n\nCourse dates\nPlease note: In order to complete the course\, you must attend all sessions listed below. SUMMARY:ADVANCED SKILLS IN SYSTEMIC PRACTICE
DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\nPractical Systemic Models and Methods with Clients and Stakeholders\nThis two-day workshop is designed to offer not only a thorough understanding of systemic concepts but also a highly practical approach to applying these techniques in clinical practice. It’s ideal for practitioners who want to boost their confidence in using systemic models and methods with clients and stakeholders.\n\nThe workshop will focus on practical application of systemic models – from role plays and video demonstrations to exercises\, case studies\, and group reflections – aimed at helping practitioners integrate systemic techniques into their everyday work. The interactive activities are designed to provide a step-by-step process for how to use these techniques effectively\, ensuring participants feel confident in their ability to implement what is learned.\n\nParticipants will also receive concrete strategies for overcoming clinical challenges and tips for getting unstuck when working with complex cases. This workshop aims to assist participants in building their systemic integrative framework\, tailoring approaches to clinical practice and work with stakeholders in a way that feels both structured and flexible.  The workshop assumes some foundational knowledge of systemic practice.\n\nSpecifically\, the workshop will cover:\n\nA refresher of systemic concepts\nIntroduction to a systemic integrative meta-framework tool\nA review of different systemic family therapy schools\nPractical application of different systemic techniques in client and stakeholder work\nTips for finding manoeuvrability and getting unstuck\n\nPresented by: Dr Kate Owen is a Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Family Therapist with 25 years experience working in mental health.  Kate provides comprehensive services to adolescents\, adults\, couples\, and families.
