SUMMARY:The Values Approach In Business eWorkshop 9th & 16th - Oct-2026
DESCRIPTION:The Values Approach in Business provides a practical\, measurable framework for embedding values into everyday behaviour\, leadership\, and organisational systems. Participants leave equipped to lead\, work\, and decide with integrity\, creating organisations where values are lived\, not laminated — and where culture becomes a strategic advantage. \nThe Values Approach in Business (VAB) equips leaders\, teams\, and organisations with a practical\, measurable\, and deeply human method for embedding values into everyday behaviour\, decision making\, and culture. Participants learn not only what their values are\, but how to operationalise them through systems\, leadership practice\, and shared accountability. \n1. Clarity of Organisational Values and Their Purpose \nLearners develop a precise understanding of the organisation’s core values—what they mean\, why they matter\, and how they guide behaviour. They learn to translate abstract ideals like integrity\, respect\, care\, and accountability into clear\, observable actions. \n2. The Ability to Apply the Three Pillars of VAB \nParticipants learn to use the VAB’s three foundational pillars to embed values across the organisation: \n\n\nDiscovery – Identifying the real values that drive behaviour. \n\n\nAlignment – Ensuring leadership\, systems\, and culture reflect those values. \n\n\nApplication – Turning values into consistent practice\, decisions\, and outcomes. \n\n\n3. Strengthened Leadership Capability \nLeaders learn how to model values visibly and consistently\, creating psychological safety\, trust\, and clarity. They gain tools to lead with purpose\, communicate expectations\, and hold themselves and others accountable without fear or ambiguity. \n4. Improved Team Cohesion and Behavioural Consistency \nTeams learn a shared language for behaviour\, reducing conflict and increasing collaboration. They understand what “good conduct” looks like and how values guide interactions with colleagues\, clients\, and the community. \n5. Integration of Values into Systems and Governance \nParticipants learn how to embed values into: \n\n\nrecruitment and onboarding \n\n\nperformance management \n\n\nsafety and wellbeing systems \n\n\ncustomer service standards \n\n\ndecision making frameworks This ensures values are not slogans but operational drivers. \n\n\n6. Enhanced Ethical Decision-Making \nLearners gain the ability to navigate complex situations using values as a compass. They learn to identify misalignment early\, prevent ethical drift\, and make decisions that protect people\, reputation\, and longterm organisational health. \n7. A Culture of Accountability and Measurable Outcomes \nThe VAB teaches how to measure values in action—through behaviour\, systems\, and outcomes. Participants learn how to create accountability structures that are fair\, transparent\, and aligned with organisational purpose. \n8. Increased Engagement\, Purpose\, and Meaning at Work \nBy connecting personal values with organisational values\, individuals experience greater motivation\, belonging\, and clarity. They understand how their work contributes to something larger than themselves. \nOverall Transformation \nBy the end of the Values Approach in Business program\, participants are equipped to lead\, work\, and decide with integrity\, creating organisations where values are not posters on a wall but the lived foundation of culture\, safety\, performance\, and trust. \nWhen: Friday 9th October 2026 from 9.30am to 12.30pm (Part 1)\, and Friday 16th October 2026 from 9.30am to 12.30pm (Part 2). \nWhere: Online\, delivered via zoom. You will receive a zoom link prior to the workshop where you will be able to access the eWorkshop. \nCost: The early bird booking is $440.00 if registration occurs before 25th Sep. The fee for registrations after the 25th Sep is $550.00. \nTo register: Register and complete payment. A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you. The payment needs to be completed before the workshop occurs\, for the registration to be fully confirmed. \nFacilitators: David Nancarrow \nDavid is an experienced leadership and culture specialist who helps organisations bring their values to life in practical\, results-driven ways. With a focus on integrity\, accountability\, and purpose\, he works with leaders and teams to align decisions and behaviours with what matters most – strengthening culture\, performance\, and trust across the organisation. \nA qualified trainer\, mediator\, and leadership coach\, David delivers the Values Approach In Business to create workplaces where people thrive – and business outcomes follow.
