DESCRIPTION:Nurture your classroom with play!\nLearn how to introduce this amazing\, evidence based\, social-emotional development group to your school.  Sunshine Circles ® are adult-directed and structured\, but rather than talking\, the teacher leads playful\, cooperative and nurturing activities. Sunshine Circles can very quickly and dramatically improve the quality of the classroom and provide teachers with resources to maintain an emotionally positive and cognitively enriched environment. \nSunshine Circles® is a group based on Theraplay® principles that focuses on the social and emotional development of children. Sunshine Circles gives children an opportunity to practice their self-regulation skills\, co-regulation skills and to feel encouraged to have a go at achievable challenges. Educators lead playful\, cooperative and nurturing activities to create an atmosphere of fun\, caring\, acceptance and encouragement. The goal is to enhance children’s social\, emotional and cognitive development. \nChildren generally embrace the three rules of Sunshine Circles… No Hurts\, Stick Together and Have Fun!… and carry them with them throughout the day. DESCRIPTION:Mediation Training Course: CHCSS00142 Mediation Skill Set and Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS)\nBecome an accredited mediator with our intensive course and assessment.\n\nLearn to facilitate mediation\, a structured and facilitated negotiation process for resolving disputes.\nGain the practical skills needed to be a mediator – an independent and impartial person who assists people in conflict to generate options\, negotiate agreements and resolve disputes.\nDevelop knowledge and skills of the mediation process\, and how to apply these when working with clients\, customers and colleagues\, including across workplaces and community settings.\n\nThis course provides nationally recognised training and assessment for the CHCSS00142 Mediation Skill Set through the Australian Qualifications Framework. \nAfter successful completion of the course and assessment day\, you will be eligible to apply for Australian Mediator and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards (AMDRAS) Accreditation. \nYou will then be ready to take the next step in your career! \nCourse completion also meets the requirements for entry into the CHC81115 Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution. \n\n\nCourse dates\nPlease note: In order to complete the course\, you must attend all sessions listed below.
