Integration of new technology
The sector has been looking at what role technology could and should be playing in their service delivery for some time. Responses to COVID-19 has required a swift and sharp shift into the world of technology aided/enabled service delivery for a sector traditionally operating in the Face to Face domain (whether that be individual or group work). So, how are people and organisations coping with this shift. What platforms are you using? How have your safety screening processes changed? What training are you needing to provide to your staff and/or clients. How well equipped are your clients for shifting to this new way of working?
