Helping Others Grow and Change-The Skills of Coaching and Effective Supervision eWorkshop 29-Mar and 5-Apr- 2022

$330This eWorkshop is for managers, team leaders and supervisors who may need to extend their skills in supervising, managing, developing and supporting others.
This webinar is run as two, 3- hour sessions and covers:

detailed guidelines on how to assist others to grow and change
-
the essential skills of coaching
-
the four purposes of supervision (to assist staff to do their job; to help staff learn; to support staff emotionally and; administration);
-
the benefits of supervision;
-
the skills necessary to be a good supervisor;
-
the skills necessary to benefit from supervision as the person being supervised;
-
the importance of having a clear agreement about the purpose and scope of supervision;
-
common difficulties that arise in supervision and how to avoid them
-
understanding your own learning style and the learning style of others
-
how to make supervision as effective as possible for both the person being supervised and the supervisor.
As most of us know by now, online training can be tiring when conducted over one day. To combat this, we have arranged the 6 hours of training spread out over two Wednesdays to ensure engagement and reduce workshop fatigue.
When: Tuesday 29th March & 5th April 2022 from 9.30am to 12.30pm each day.
Where: Online eWorkshop via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom details when payment is received.
Cost: The early bird booking is $330.00 (GST incl) if registered before 15th March 2021. If registering after 15th March 2021 then the Full Price is $385.00 (GST incl). Payment is required prior to attending the eWorkshop.
To register: Register and complete payment. A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you. The payment needs to be completed before the workshop occurs, for the registration to be fully confirmed.
Facilitator: David Cherry
David Cherry is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist who has been working for over 40 years. David has extensive experience in coaching, supervising and managing staff as well as providing training in these areas.
