Property Mediation MasterClass

This course is for Nationally Accredited Mediators and/or Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners who want to develop their mediation skills in the area of property and financial mediations.

With more disputes looking to be resolved before trial, this training provides you with the valuable skills needed to support people seeking to resolve conflict, and find a solution they can live with.

The training agenda will include:

• Understanding the legal context regarding financial and property matters
• How to adapt the facilitative mediation process to manage these disputes
• Enhancing mediator/FDRP toolbox to include skills/strategies to resolve financial/property matters
• Drafting agreements for property/financial matters

This is a two-day Masterclass.

Day One: Will cover property mediation processes and guide the mediator in relation to screening, intake, assessment and agreements.

Day Two: Strengthen the knowledge you have from the previous day, and the opportunity to practice and be mentored in honing your skills.
