AMDRAS Training & Accreditation

Ready to become nationally accredited under AMDRAS and strengthen your credibility across dispute resolution work?
GPD Training offers a full COT-compliant pathway for people seeking practical capability, confident performance, and a clear assessment process to become an accredited Mediator.
Dates (6 days online or in person on the Gold Coast):
Week 1: 20, 21, 22, 23 July
Week 2: 27 & 28 July
Format: 45+ class contact hours delivered across 6 days (meets the COT minimum duration requirement)
- Professional knowledge, skills and ethical principles expected of an accredited dispute resolution practitioner
- A range of learning experiences (not just lectures, it’s applied learning throughout)
- Feedback and assessment are integrated across the course.
- At least 9 simulated mediations / practice sessions of 1.5 hours each (excluding intake and debrief), so you finish with real practice time, and the confidence to help your clients.
- Two trainers throughout the program for more observation, coaching and actionable feedback
- Trainers with decades of practical experience running their own mediation businesses, plus teaching roles at some of Australia’s premium universities and contributions on industry boards – you can rest assured you’re learning from people who do this work at the highest level.
