Developing Good Behaviour Habits and Thinking Habits eWorkshop

Over the past 18 months, our lives have changed significantly due to COVID-19, and it has never been more important to be conscious of both our own mental health and that of those around us. Our behaviour habits and our thinking habits affect our physical and mental health and are in turn affected by our physical and mental health.

Understanding how good habits can be developed can assist in reducing stress in the short term as well as assisting in promoting our physical health and mental well-being in the long term

The webinar will cover:

  • Tips and strategies on how to develop good habits;

  • Suggestions on overcoming barriers to change as well as a list of useful, easily available resources.

When: Tuesday, 8th February 2022 from 9.30am to 12.30pm.

Where: Online eWorkshop via Zoom. You will be provided with the Zoom details in the week prior to the eWorkshop.

Cost: The registration early bird fee is $195 (GST included) if purchased before 27th January 2022. If purchased after 27th January 2022, the full price is $250 (GST included).

To register: Register and complete payment. A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you. The payment needs to be completed before the workshop occurs, for the registration to be fully confirmed.

Facilitator: David Cherry

David Cherry is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist who has been working for over 40 years. David has extensive experience in coaching, supervising and managing staff as well as providing training in these areas.
