ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION/OVERVIEW
Court Network is a non-legal and free support service that is offering support, information and referrals to court users, family, friends guardians and parents who are engaging or accessing the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. The Safety Net Program offers state-wide telephone service in the following 5 states: New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Victoria. The programs model and aim is to provide an enhanced model of support by actively collaborating with court users and in-court services to support court users to bridge service gaps. Our service is available at a pre, during and post court stage. We aim to empower individuals and ensure they are well-informed and emotionally supported throughout.
