Webinar: FDR Learning Experiences from Middle Earth – Aotearoa New Zealand: 2-part webinar series
August 9, 2023 @ 3:00 pm - August 23, 2023 @ 4:30 pm AEST
$75Since 2014, when key legislative changes in the Family Court in Aotearoa New Zealand (NZ) came into effect, Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) has been key to supporting separating and separated parents and guardians as they attempt to reach agreements on day-to-day care, contact, residence and guardianship matters.
Almost a decade on, practitioners now have an opportunity to reflect on our progress to date and share our learnings.

- reflect on the importance of continually assessing parties and circumstances for ongoing suitability for the FDR process

- reflect on differing styles of drafting mediated outcomes.
