ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION/OVERVIEW
Centacare Professional Family and Community Services was established in Bathurst by the Bishop and Trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Bathurst in June, 1988 to provide a range of social welfare services to children and families across the region (which extends from Lithgow in the south to Coonamble in the north, Cowra in the west and Rylstone in the east – this is an area of some 100,000 square kilometres).
