The day fine tunes your use of CVT to help you listen differently to your client’s learning and hear their core value. This training workshop explores:

• Reflect on how CVT is being used in your professional work.
• What has worked?
• What has not worked and why?
• What needs tweaking?
• Problem solving any difficult cases whilst using CVT
• Revise the main aspect of CVT
• Practise the keys of helping others discover their core value
• Confirm your own core value
• Refine the use of CVT in developing questions you may have celebrate successes.
• Advanced CVT listening to clients (if time permits).
