Family and Domestic Violence Conference

The first Men’s Behaviour Change Program Provider Network Conference in WA will be held from Monday 10 September to Tuesday 11 September 2018 at Technology Park Conference & Function Centre in Bentley, WA.

The objective of the conference is to provide a platform for a unified voice to share, network and collaborate on the challenges and successes of Men’s Behaviour Change Work. 

Day 1 The Network will come together, providing the opportunity for conversations around what we do, how far we have come and to share knowledge, insight and research on Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (MBCPs).

Special guest speaker, The Hon Simone McGurk (The Minister for Child Protection; Women’s Interests; Prevention of Family and Domestic Violence; Community Services) will be launching the Outcomes Research Paper.

Day 2 Stopping Family Violence will present the Safe & Together™ Model Overview. This one-day training will provide participants with an introduction to, and overview of the CORE principles and critical components of the Safe & Together™ Model, designed to support government and non-government agencies to work more effectively with perpetrators and/or families impacted by FDV.
