Family Law in Australia: Where to from here?

On 17 August 2017, the Australian Law Reform Commission received terms of reference to conduct an extensive review of the family law system in Australia.

This panel session, entitled ‘Family law in Australia. Where to from here?’ brings together representatives of key stakeholders in the family law system to consider recommendations for reform from the Commission’s final report, submitted to the Attorney-General on 31 March 2019.
