Property and financial matters are among the most complex – and consequential – cases a mediator or FDR practitioner will handle. Yet for many practitioners, they’re also the ones that produce the most uncertainty.

GPD Training’s Property Mediation Masterclass is a two-day intensive that takes you from a solid grounding in the legal framework through to confident, skilled practice.
You’ll come away from Day 1 with a clear, practical command of the legal and process foundations that underpin every property mediation, including

• The property mediation process from intake through to agreement and shepherding, with specific attention to what needs to adapt from standard FDR practice

Day 2 is where the learning becomes yours. Through role-play and case discussion, you’ll work through real scenarios that test and build your skills with our expert mediator/FDRP trainers mentoring you.
The ALRC’s Recommendation 21 is reshaping the landscape. Parties will increasingly be required to make genuine attempts to resolve property and financial matters before filing, which means more property mediations and a higher bar for what constitutes good practice.
