"Conflict and Choice" is a useful online educational tool for separating parents, pre-mediation. The 20 minute award-winning short film is a powerful dramatisation of the pathways that two families took through dispute resolution: court, and child inclusive mediation. As we watch Anna and her parents arrive at a child centred resolution, the transforming possibilities of the child inclusive pathway become clear. The Core Training Day includes all aspects of the Customised Version necessary to enable and accredit the Facilitator to use the material immediately. The fee covers the programmed two-day arrangement. It is preferable when the Core and Going Deeper Training days are run consecutively, that participants attend both days. The online film, "Child Inclusive Clinical Demonstration" features extracts from children's interviews in two cases. Professor Jennifer McIntosh interviews Nicholas and his sister Grace, aged 9 and 13 respectively, and Anna. These scenarios demonstrate the use of multiple tools for enabling children of various ages to tell their story of parental separation. The film also features extracts of a feedback conversation conducted with Anna's parents in the course of their mediation.
