Centacare provides wellbeing services (counselling, group work, consultation) to 33 schools operated by the Catholic Diocese of Bathurst. The team consists of counsellors with primary qualifications in psychology or social work or mental health and a management team (2 team leaders, 1 clinical consultant, and 1 manager). The role of the manager is to oversee the program. As a member of the leadership team within the organisation the manager will be actively involved in strategic decisions and implementation of strategic plan.  Experience and qualifications in stakeholder management, leading and managing teams, mental health services, quality management, and contract management would be essential.

Salary range $120-$130k plus super, ALL, salary packaging, additional leave
