FAMILY RELATIONSHIP CENTRE MANAGER
Full Time – Geraldton Based
($124,000 – $129,000)

Centacare Family Services are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced applicants to join our Geraldton based team in the position of Manager for the Family Relationship Centre. This is a full-time position located in Geraldton, Western Australia. Relocation assistance and short-term accommodation on arrival may be negotiated with the successful applicant.

About the Role
The Family Relationship Centre (FRC) provides information and support at all stages of relationships, including forming new relationships, overcoming relationship difficulties, and dealing with separation.
One of the key activities of the FRC is post separation mediation for matters relating to children and property.

The key responsibilities of the FRC manager include:
• Managing a multi-disciplinary staff team, dedicated to delivering a high-level client
experience.
• Driving productivity, innovation, creativity, and future focus, whilst working within contract
boundaries.
• Maintaining a focus on the safety of our team, clients, and children, within the FRC.

Qualifications and Accreditations
Formal qualification in one, or more, of the following areas is required:
• A Family Law related field, for example as a FDRP.
• Formal qualifications in leadership and/or management.
• Formal qualifications in a social service-related field.

Experience / Skill
• Proven ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary employee team.
• Experience working within, or with, the Family Law system; including a working knowledge of
the Family Law Act.
• Proven capacity to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• High level written communication skills, including experience in report writing.
• Experience in the development and improvement of systems and processes.

Remuneration & Benefits
A remuneration package based on the SCHCADS Award 2010 plus superannuation and salary sacrifice
option will be provided based on skills and experience.
• Level 8 $63.18 – $65.67 per hour + Superannuation.
