About the role:

  • We are seeking a facilitator for our Men’s Behaviour Change Program for the delivery of weekly groups and individual support sessions targeted at men who perpetrate violence.
  • The role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the safety of women and children impacted by domestic and family violence whilst providing their partners with skills and tools that promote respectful relationships.
  • Position based in Bourke.
  • On-the-job training will be made available.
  • One part-time position available that offers a maximum-term contract to 26 June 2026. If further funding is made available, an additional contract may be offered to the incumbent.
  • Attractive hourly rate starting from $37.00 (dependent on experience, skills and qualifications) + Super.
