How to deal with everyday conflict in the workplace

November 29, 2016 @ 10:30 am - 5:00 pm AEDT

250$

Conflict occurs when there is both a perceived difference between the interests of the parties concerned and a belief, at least initially, that both sets of interest cannot be met simultaneously. In the workplace, this can happen quite regularly as many people work in teams and need to complete tasks together. This workshop will discuss a number of practical strategies for managing conflict in different situations and provide participants with skills to implement these strategies. It will also cover a clear process that participants can use to achieve more positive outcomes to conflicts and discuss points where other processes need to be engaged.
