About the role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Learning and Innovation, the Program Facilitator will support the delivery of RAV’s accredited and non-accredited training programs across online, face-to-face and blended environments. The role includes facilitation of workshops, webinars and customised training solutions, development of training resources, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality, evidence-led learning outcomes. Based within RAV’s Centre for Learning and Innovation, the role contributes to continuous improvement, quality assurance and stakeholder engagement in line with RAV standards and contractual requirements.
This role is located at Camberwell and is a casual role. The base salary range is $64.12 with casual loading.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in law, counselling, psychology, social work or education, with strong understanding of education, training and compliance standards.
- Knowledge of contemporary research in counselling, family violence, family dispute resolution and training practice, with clinical experience highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Commitment to culturally responsive practice, professional standards and continuous learning within a regulated training environment.
- Must have current driver’s license and own transport.
